As an extension of Connect Church, Learning Land is more than childcare; it’s a community where kids feel secure, valued, and encouraged every day. From the youngest babies to children preparing for kindergarten, we provide a nurturing environment that supports every stage of growth.


We believe children learn best when they feel loved and connected, so we create space for both laughter and learning. Whether it’s building friendships, sparking creativity, or preparing for the next step in school, we’re here to walk alongside families in one of the most important seasons of life.

    • Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Aftercare available 4:00 – 5:00 PM for an additional fee

    • Located within Connect Church | 1103 East L Street, Russellville, AR
  • Ages & Classrooms

    Children are placed in classes based on age as of August 1 of the current school year:


    • Bed Babies: 2–12 months

    • One-Year-Olds: 12–23 months

    • Two-Year-Olds: 24–30 months

    • Three-Year-Olds: 3–4 years

    • Pre-K: Children attending Kindergarten the following school year
  • Daily Routine

    Each day is full of learning, play, and connection:


    • Engaging learning centers

    • Group time and stories

    • Snack and lunch

    • Outdoor and gym play

    • Music and creative activities

    • Rest time
  • Admissions

    We welcome children from across the community until classrooms reach state-mandated limits. Once a classroom is full, a waiting list is maintained and vacancies are filled in order.
